- Resume Data: When you upload a resume, we extract and store professional information (experience, education, skills) to provide our matching services.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect analytics data regarding your interaction with our platform to improve user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is strictly used to provide and improve the Job_Agent service:
- To analyze your skills and match you with publicly available job postings.
- To generate tailored cover letters and optimized resumes.
- To communicate with you regarding your account or support requests.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal data. Your resume data is never sold to third-party advertisers or recruiters.
We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols (including Row Level Security databases) to protect your information. Your data may be processed by trusted third-party AI sub-processors solely for the purpose of generating your application materials.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated resume data at any time from your Profile settings page ("Delete my account"). Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your sign-in account and every resume, profile, job search, match, tailored resume and cover letter stored with it. We do not keep separate backups of this data.
Public job postings that appeared in your searches are not personal data and stay in our job index. Your sign-in account is shared by the products on agentmarket.lol, so deleting it signs you out of all of them. Text already sent to our AI sub-processors to generate your materials is handled under their own retention terms.
